• 2.5lb bag frozen chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon any salt blend you like. e.g. Lawry’s (I mix my own)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Pre-heat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. Put 2.5lb bag of wings in a large bowl. (I cook mine while frozen) In a small bowl mix together all dry ingredients. Coat wings with dry ingredients and lay out on sheet pan. Set timer for 25min. to turn wings over. Cook for another 25min. Total cook time is 50min.
